We do our best to ship all orders within 60 days after getting payment.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide shipments are possible but due to special shipping requirements, please contact us.

International orders may require a wire transfer for full payment prior to products being shipped.

We ship most paper machines from our factory in China.

How do you ship?

We can ship by sea, by air, by express, and by railway, please contact us to check the exact freight.

Can I ship on my own UPS, FedEx, or DHL account?

Yes, if you would like to ship using your own account, you can enter your account number just before checkout on the cart page. You can also call +861860362452 or email info@jorimachine.com to place your order.

How do I track an order that’s been shipped?

Customers will receive an invoice including a tracking number after an order has been shipped so they can track estimated delivery dates.

Can I Make Special Requests?

Please note that special requests, such as certificates of conformance (CoC), must be requested when the order is placed. We cannot accommodate special requests after an order has shipped.
